2024-2025 Club Fees
GCVA is a cost efficient, competitive volleyball club in the heart of Clear Lake City. Included in your Club fees are any Sunday Drill Sessions, which run throughout the year When available.There is a $500 -$ 600 nonrefundable deposit that is due upon the offer and acceptance of a position on a club team. This is considered your first installment towards your 2024-2025 team fees. The remaining balance can be paid monthly or in full. Monthly payments will begin in September and continue through April. Payments made in full during the tryout period will receive a $100 discount. Returning indoor club players receive a $100 discount off their deposit. Club Team Deposits: In the past deposits were never refunded but we will make one exception. The 2024/2025 season will start the week of Nov 4. If for any reason (like COV-19) we are unable to start the season then everything will be refunded except the tryout fee. Now if we start and you then decide you do not want to play then the deposit will be not be refunded.

FEES HAVE TO BE CURRENT
If Fees are not current the player will have to sit out at practice. If at any time a player’s fees fall behind 30 days (owing 2 months) the player will be released from the club and the account will be turned over to collections.
PLAYER AGREEMENT FORM
Each player/parent must sign a GCVA fee agreement form
FUNDRAISERS
Each team may want to have some fund raisers if they need more gym/practice time or raise money for any additional tournaments. This will be up to individual coaches/teams

CLUB TRAINER- DEVELOPMENT PLAYER
A club trainer is someone who does want to get some volleyball training that will help improves their skills, but not participates in tournaments. Club trainers participate in weekly Drills and all practices with their age group team but do not play in club matches. This is a great opportunity to see if your kid will enjoy volleyball and get them some great training by PAID coaches.
