TO MAKE UNIFORM TRY ON SIMPLE, ANYONE CAN COME AT ANY TIME

Sunday October 13 12:30 AM to 3:30PM (CLCCA) ANY ALL CLUB TEAM PLAYERS
Tuesday October 15 5:30 to 7:15 (CLCCA) ANY ALL CLUB TEAM PLAYERS

UNIFORMS: We are not handing out any uniforms or practice gear at Try-On's, we are just taking sizes so we can order uniforms. Please note that players get to keep the numbers from last season. If two players are asking for the same # then it go's to the player who has been in the club the longest.

Try-On Procedure: Nobody is actually trying on a uniform. We will have all sizes layed out at the tables. All you are doing is looking at a size and saying that looks like that will fit and letting us know the size. I know this is not an idea system however we cannot have 120 girls trying on the same jerseys etc. So basically you have to to a eyeball try on, look at the sizes and say hey that looks like it will fit.

Practice T-shirts are just cotton Men's sizes T-shirts. Everyone should know if they are YL...Adult XXL. The t-shirts are not as big a deal. The uniform you have to get right the may have the players name on the back and it will take 6 weeks to replace one so please order at your own risk. Please see below for the type/materials/sizes each piece comes in.

Also please note: We will order the uniforms Wednesday Oct. 16 so please attend uniform try-on dates. All Practice gear etc. will be handed out the first week of practice. Uniforms before the tournaments.

EXTRA GEAR/PARENTS SHIRTS: NOTE: We only Sale extra gear, parent shirts etc twice a year. That is Uniform Try-On and Scrimmages. If you do not get your parent gear, extra shorts, extra shirts now, then you will not be able to get it. Most if the gear will be gone Sunday at try-on's

Little Spikers you had your uniform try-on at practice. Those will be handed out before 1st tournament. You are welcome to purchase extra practice shirts/shorts etc if needed.

Please note that all uniforms/gear is included in your club fees. There is nothing that you are required to have besides what we provide you. The items below with prices are optional for players or parents. Nobody is required to purchase any of those items. The items are for sale if anyone would like them, parents are not required to wear gcva gear , The players do have to wear GCVA shirt to all practices and we provide all players with 3 shirts. If they do not have a GCVA shirt on then they will not be allowed to practice (No exception). We do only have items for sale twice a year though. So if you want additional items this is the time.
